Terms of use

These terms govern use of the AIRvertize website, Campaign Planner and business workspace, operated by Cosmodama GmbH. Contact and company details are available in the Legal notice. Campaign and partner services are subject to separate agreements.

Purpose of this website

AIRvertize presents travel advertising opportunities for brands, agencies and media owners. Browsing the website, creating a plan or preparing an enquiry does not place an order, reserve inventory or create an obligation to buy or deliver a campaign. Commercial services require a separate agreement.

Campaign Planner: illustrative estimates

The planner uses model assumptions, not live supplier quotations or confirmed inventory. Prices, allocations, estimated impressions and comparisons with standard or special rates are illustrative. Availability, negotiated rates and savings are subject to supplier confirmation. Reach and impressions are different measures; contacts across placements may overlap and must not be interpreted as guaranteed unique customers. No level of reach, savings, sales or campaign performance is promised by a simulation.

Production, installation, creative services, fees, taxes and other costs may be additional unless an individual quotation expressly includes them. Check the complete scope and approved media plan before committing a budget.

Enquiries

The contact form sends your enquiry to info@airvertize.com through our email delivery service. A submission confirmation means the service has accepted the message, not that we have read or accepted the enquiry. If the form offers “Open email draft”, send that draft from your own email application. The Campaign Planner sends your contact details and selected plan only when you submit an enquiry. It can also prepare a confirmation PDF; an email copy is sent if you request one. To contact us, email info@airvertize.com. Receiving an enquiry is not acceptance of an order.

Business workspace and submitted material

Use only an account you are authorised to access and submit only media information, images and other material that you are entitled to provide for review. Do not upload passenger lists, sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people. A portfolio submission does not confirm acceptance, exclusivity, bookability or an agency relationship. Commercial use of partner material, commissions, campaign delivery and reporting must be agreed separately.

Website content

You may view this website and use the planner to evaluate a potential campaign. Use of AIRvertize branding or website creative in an external campaign requires appropriate permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. This notice does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another partner’s records, upload malicious files or disrupt the website. Report technical or content errors to info@airvertize.com.

Availability and separate agreements

The website and its tools may change and can contain errors or interruptions. Website information is a starting point for discussion; confirmed scope, pricing, responsibilities, cancellation and reporting belong in the relevant campaign or partner agreement. These website terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or override mandatory rights.
